Website Design, Updates and Maintenance

New Website Design:

$200 for first page

$25 for each additional page

 

Updates and/or Maintenance:

$25 per update or change

$5 per photo (this includes resizing and copying for thumb images)

 

This includes any changes or updates to your website. The charge per photo is because in order to put the photo on the site, it has to be sized for the web page and if it is a click to enlarge image then a thumb image has to be created and linked to the larger image.

Once an update or change is made to your website, an invoice for the service will be mailed to you through US Postal Service and email. Payment due upon receipt.

 

For those who have multiple updates or changes per year, we offer an option that enables you to pay in advance for the entire year at a discounted rate. This plan is based on one change per month or 12 updates per year and up to 5 photos per each update or 60 photos per year.

One year plan pricing:

$15  per update/change up to 12 per year or one update/change per month

$2 per photo up to 60 photos per year.

Total One year Plan: $180 (paid in advance, non-refundable)

Since you may or may not have a photo to add with your update they will be billed separately at $2 each up to 60 per year on your invoice. The One Year plan is paid in advance (non-refundable) and the photos will be billed “as you go”.
