Preventive Maintenance
Month to month Plan
JVSComSource offers a pay as you go month to month preventive plan. You pay each month based on the number of computers you want maintained. Customers who select the month to month plan are not protected from rate increases. We will provide a 30 day advanced notice of any rate increases.Annual Preventive Maintenance Service Contract
The annual service contract allows you to pay for 1 year of service in advance. Rates are discounted for customers selecting the annual service contract. It also protects you against rate increases due to the economy, etc.Preventive Maintenance Benefits
Monthly preventive maintenance allows us to catch problems before they catch you off guard. We will inspect the hardware, fans, mainboard, cables, etc. to make sure there are no signs of imminent failure. If we find a problem we will tell you what it will take to fix it, how long, and we will give you the best price possible on quality parts. We will NOT go with a less expensive part and sacrifice quality just to save money. A cheap repair now could be an expensive repair later. We will also make sure all required updates are installed. We will make sure virus protection is present, enabled, and updated. We will review virus scan logs to make sure you are virus free. We also scan for malware, spyware, adware, etc. We review the system event logs to catch and correct any warnings or alarms that indicate problems.
Monitoring Software for 24hr peace of mind
We offer 24hr monitoring of critical system events and hardware to give you added peace of mind. When the software detects a problem, it emails us and we can log in remotely to correct the problem before it causes you any down time. Don't wait until a problem that you don't see causes your system to crash. In today's economy you don't want employees sitting in front of a dead computer. Keep your computers running and productive.
